My Daddy/Ainsley's Grandpa

A couple weeks ago my Dad (who lives in Texas) came up to Monticello, and so all of us kids came down to see him. It had been almost two years since I'd seen him, and since he'd seen Ainsley and Gavin (Matt's boy). It was the first time he saw Wesley (Candice's). It was so good to see him. My dad is a fun, silly man who I'm realizing more and more I got a lot of myself from. I probably went a little overboard on pics, but since we hardly ever see him I was trying to get as many as possible. I wont post all the pics.. but here's probably still more than anyone but our family care to see. :)
Love ya Dad!

Everybody but Tom.. I'm not sure where he is.. maybe asleep, lol.
Oh, and Wes.. I know he was asleep :)

We're a rock n roll kind of family ;)
(Psst.. like my Dad's sweet shirt?? I brought it back from Hawaii for him.
Tom thought it was too loud, but Dad loved it!)

Outdoors Girl

Tom had to work in Vegas the same week his mom and younger brothers were up at the cabin, and faced with the choice of 112 degree weather Vegas and the calm cool cabin, Ains and I decided to stay and crash in Brian Head.

We spent most of the time just chilling inside, watching movies and eating yummy food but we did venture out for a nature walk. Ains was so proud to walk it by herself. She got a new backpack earlier that day and was SO cute walking around in her outdoor gear. :)

Got tired of walking :)
"Hi Mommy!"
We ended it up with a trip on the ol' tire swing..
always a favorite with Ainsley
