My new fitness plan

i HATE to exercise, but i want to lose some baby weight. So, i've been trying to find something I like to do that's active so I'll actually keep doing it. I thought about riding bikes or roller blading, but we don't have any of either, and there's really no where to ride to from our house. I thought about ice skating, but again, no ice skates. I thought about dancing.. but where?? and getting Tom to join me would be like pulling teeth. I had basically given up, when i just kind of stumbled on to the answer. :)

It's nothing huge or serious, but I've decided to walk more. I volunteered to help a friend deliver invitations to a bunch of people in our neighborhood. I realized how much I enjoyed walking around and I could definitely feel the work out it had been. I like taking Ainsley for walks, and so I've started walking places whenever possible. If i have a bunch of shopping in a bunch of stores in the same area, I walk instead of driving. :) Today i parked by Target on state street in Sandy. Then I walked down to Old Navy, which isn't too much of a change, but then after that I walked across to the Mall, which I wouldn't normally consider with in walking distance. Then I walked all around the Mall. Definitely something I enjoy doing. :)

So I'm going to start making walking my first option. Wish me luck!!

If me and Gav lived closed to you we would go walking with you. Especially if it involved walking around the mall and other stores. Sounds fun good luck let me know how it goes. Love you.

Yay... I love walking. That sounds like a great plan. Tommy may not be too excited because you might up spending a little more money than usual, walking around the mall and all:)

Great idea! I have been trying to think of something "fun" to do to get this baby weight off too! Now, I'm gonna do more walking! I was thinking that water aerobics would be really fun too...
