Ainsley Hazel turns 4! Part 2

so.. after the mani/pedi we went back to our house and Ainsley went swimming in our little plastic kiddie pool and enjoyed some popcicles

in fact, Nora had her very first!and I let her make an enormous mess with the empty boxes and peanuts from Tom's new servers

When Tom got home from work she got to open her presents

(yeah... they are 'wrapped' in the amazon boxes they came in.. deal with it)

Ains was SO excited to get her monkey clock. She's been asking for it for months. She's been having a problem getting up too early and promising every morning that she'd sleep later if she had a monkey clock because she doesn't know what time it is. This amazing clock has a setting that lets you pick what time it's eyes open and close. So I close the eyes at bedtime and she's not allowed to get out of bed until his eyes open. Ains and I both LOVE this clock.

And then of course she got some art supplies

But the big winner of the evening was her bike!

can't believe she's already riding a big girl bike!

then we let her pick the restaurant for dinner and bring a friend. She wanted Olive Garden. One of Tom's favorite restaurants.. he's got her trained.

nothing makes Ainsley happier than noodles :)

Nora decided to show us exactly how loud she can be at a restaurant. Good times.

So, all in all, I think it was a pretty good day :) Hope she enjoyed herself. It was a Tuesday so we had her friends party a couple days later on Friday. Stay tuned for Part 3 :)
