Saying goodbye

Last week we moved from the house we bought just months after getting married. So we were almost there 5 years. It's been a bittersweet trip. It all happened so fast, my head is still spinning! I don't think I've really processed it yet.

Ainsley's room was the hardest for me to pack up. I used to sit in there while I was pregnant and just breathe and think about the precious spirit on her way to join our family.


The moving truck we hired was the only reason i survived the move!

Wheeler Farm - Festival!

Friday we had a great day.

Wheeler Farm had some kind of festival going on.

Ainsley took her first train ride.

Kirty, as always, was my fun companion :)

There was a Clown there, doing some fun things with Balls..

Ainsley loved the balls.. but wasn't so sure about the clownThey had a few huge bounce houses, Ains and I gave it a try
She was cracking up almost the whole time!

Tatum, Cole & Ethan, and Janell, Kaysen, Addie & Sadie also came. I don't have any pictures of Janell and her kids, because we couldn't find her until the very end. Recently her 1 yr old Sadie threw her cell phone down the stairs, so once she left her house, we had no way of getting a hold of her..
i have no idea how people can function in the world today without cell phones!!

It was such a great time with so many great friends. We wanted to get our faces painted and Sweet & Sassy had a booth doing hair
(not that it would've been much use for Ainsley),
but both lines were too long, and we decided it wasn't worth it, even so, it was great!
